Training

 Training is important to maintain physical, mental and spiritual balance. It is crucial to maintain a balance or equilibrium because it helps us to maintain our identity. Everything must be pre-planned and all situations must be in control. This is why training and strategizing is very important and time must be spent, working on these two. Training can be in the form of physical exercises or simply time spent working on a particular skill. It is critical that every man learn a new thing every day as it sharpens our senses.
